2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Customers are eligible to return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is not damaged by the customer.
  • The item received is incorrect or damaged upon delivery.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain skincare items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. These include products such as creams, serums, or cleansers that come into direct contact with skin.

4. Process for Return or Exchange

  • To request a return or exchange, contact our support team through our Contact Us page, WhatsApp popup, or social media platforms.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and a brief description of the issue (with a photo if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning a product unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, Milano Cosmetics will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Refunds & Replacements

  • If your return is approved, a replacement or refund (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can verify the issue and assist promptly.

8. Policy Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy criteria or appears to be fraudulent or abusive.
